A quantitative research study of the relationship between emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and performance was conducted at a Healthcare Administration Organization, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Research in Healthcare has shown a link between job satisfaction and quality outcomes for patients, and therefore, the construct has been identified as an important element for Healthcare organizations. The present study was more interested on the value of emotional intelligence as it pertains to the administrative workforce in a multi- national environment. The research is framed by several questions that ask whether there is a significant relationship existing between emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and administrative worker performance. This study investigates the management of organizational behavior outcomes related to worker productivity, job satisfaction and performance levels, by investigating measures of Emotional Intelligence, its relative impact and how the characteristics (e.g., engagement, interpersonal awareness) may influence the success of a Healthcare Administration Organization. By measuring Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction in the domain of a Healthcare administration organization, and testing how these scores correlate with the productivity scores of the sample, the plan was to determine whether higher Emotional Intelligence positively affects satisfaction and its influence on other emotional social behaviors, which may predict performance outcomes. In addition to the main theme, educational systems around the world have been rapidly experiencing changes and reforms, which is highly impacting to job performance. Despite these changes, discussion on how to predict employee performance is complex and remains difficult to evaluate. This study addresses the gap in the literature by investigating the role of Emotional Intelligence in areas of job performance within an environment that has been so far neglected in the development of globalized business strategies. With focus on the diversity and potential cultural biases in the respondent pool, the analysis will address intervention that may help to achieve positive Emotional Intelligence outcomes for business management success in the multi- national administrative organization. There is focus on engagement and the motivational factors that builds organizational citizenship behaviors, with in a cross cultural administrative company. Moreover, discussion is had on the commitment that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia nationals have for socially ethical behaviors, which are outlined in the dominate culture of Islam. Within social settings, the ethical value of the pillars of Islam goes hand in hand with certain components of Emotional Intelligence, as laid out by the forefathers of the Emotional Intelligence construct. The study was conducted with 380 employees from The National Guard Healthcare Administration, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The National Guard Healthcare Administration is a multi-site Healthcare network, that serves the public health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The administrative department is financed and operated by the Kingdom’s Ministry of Health, thereby limiting the organizations direct authority to combat shortfalls that are reported to be common in organizational behaviors. A Spearman's rank-order correlation was run to determine the relationship between job productivity and Emotional Intelligence.
