Sandiso Bazana is a PhD student in Business Administration. Sandiso just completed a Master of Business Administration in 2023 (Grenoble Ecole Management, France). In 2013, Sandiso graduated Master of Commerce, specializing in Industrial Psychology (University of Fort Hare, South Africa). Sandiso started working at the University of Fort Hare as an Industrial Psychology lecturer in 2014. He joined Rhodes University's psychology department (South Africa) in 2015 as a Lecturer in Organizational Psychology. He is currently working on a PhD project focussing on the Heterogeneity of Colonial power and the making of Worker Subjectivity. 

His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals e.g. Journal of Psychology in Africa, New Voices in Psychology, Transformation in Higher Education, Journal of Psychology, South African Journal of Human Resources Management, and South African Journal of Industrial Psychology.
