Lee Jarvis is an assistant professor of organization studies at Grenoble Ecole de Management. He holds a bachelor’s in human resource management and an MBA from Western Kentucky University’s Gordon Ford College of Business and a Ph.D. in business administration with a specialization in organization theory from Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business. His research interests include the microfoundations of institutional change, social movement organizations’ attempts to affect industrial change, emotion and emotion regulation, individual identity construction in organizations, and organizational reputation management. His research has appeared in Academy of Management Journal and Academy of Management Review, among other academic journals, and been presented at regional, national, and international conferences.
