Communication in architecture requires the participation of several individuals that share information, tasks and resources. The changes that affected the construction industry in the last decade revealed a new organization structure in the practice with anew means of communication. As many
studies point out the issue of IT integration in the means of communication and the development of
new organization models in the construction industry, but an adjustable process model of mechanisms
that enhance project productivity specifically within the transformation point between the
design and construction phase has not yet been studied. Therefore, the study will explore the facilitators that improve productivity in architecture practice and make up an efficient communication
model that could be adapted by any architecture firm in Lebanon.
